For KYB you are going to want an E1 lower and S1 upper mounts. Also, use the black Excel-G series, do not use the Gas Adjust series, those have different valving and tend not to last with using the full range of motion you get with air ride.

For the Monroe chart you will want an L1 lower and one of the following upper: S3, S33, S34, S4, S41, S42 (mounting specs are on page 48)
For Monroe shocks, go with the basic blue Monroe-Metic series, the OE-Spectrum series will start to leak almost immediately in an air ride application.
