Shipping and Returns
1: All estimated delivery dates are for estimated purposes only. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders in Canada with standard ground freight and 5-8 business days for orders in the USA with standard ground freight. Please note: Carriers may be experiencing delays due to COVID-19.
2: We use UPS for shipments to the USA and around the world & Canada Post or UPS as our carrier of choice to ship within Canada.
3: Tracking information will be sent to you by email when your order is picked up by UPS or Canada Post.
4: All in stock items will ship ASAP. Out of stock items will ship at a later date.
5: We are located in Canada and in most cases your order will ship from our location in Canada, for orders destined outside of Canada, we can not guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes, duties or brokerage fees. Customs fees, taxes, import duties or brokerage fees may be charged once the package reaches its destination country. Any and all of these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. US Customers are allowed to import an order valued up to $800 in US dollars, however products that are manufactured outside of North America may be subject to Duties and Taxes.
6: It is possible your package could be held by customs, typically this does not happen and we work hard to mark sure we supply all the necessary paperwork and information to expedite the customs clearance process. In the event your package is held by customs we can not be responsible for the delays. In no case shall Specialty Autofab Supply be liable for any losses, alleged damages, costs, expenses, liabilities or losses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
7. If you are outside of Canada or the USA and are interested in our products, please email us and we can help you out, we can ship worldwide!
Local delivery is available to customers located between West Kelowna and Vernon, BC.
1: After placing your order, you will be contacted by email to confirm when your order can be delivered.
2: If you have not received a “delivery confirmation” email after 3 business days please contact us by email - email@example.com
Returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Special Order items may not be refundable. Items are non-refundable after 30 days from the invoice date (no exceptions!). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization before shipping it to us.
