1959-1964 Chevy Impala Frame Wrap kit
CNC Laser cut from 3/16" or 1/4" P&O steel sheets, provides nice clean edges and no mill scale to remove. 86 pieces in total. Does not include front frame horn pieces at this time.
Body must be removed and frame stripped bare for installation of this kit. We recommend having your frame sandblasted before starting installation.
Bending, grinding, fitting, cutting, modification will be required to make this fit to your liking, all pieces ship flat and are not preformed.
Test fit and tack weld in place before fully welding to insure proper fit to your liking

This kit requires some fabrication knowledge to install, not all 59-64 impalas are the same, there were several different companies making frames for GM at that time, there is Canadian frames and US frame, convertible frames are slightly different and have extra body mounts, 59/60 frames are different from 61-64, but this kit can be made to work with them, you may need to grind a little off some pieces or add filler pieces to your liking. Installation pictures available. A piece of rectangle tube will also be required as a rear cross member to joint the rear end of the frame rails, it is not supplied with this kit.
Ships on a standard pallet, with LTL truck freight, shipping will be an additional charge, after purchase is made. Kits are not kept in stock and typically require 2 weeks to be cut and ready to ship after time of purchase.
